The role covers sourcing, acquiring, and managing goods and services to support cost-effectiveness, quality, and policy compliance.
Procurement responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and improve sourcing and supplier selection.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships for timely delivery and quality.
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor inventory, forecast demand, and maintain stock while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate procurement with production, finance, and operations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements to inform purchasing decisions.
- Maintain procurement, contract, and supplier records and comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Roads and infrastructure industry experience is required.
Pay
- AED 4,500–8,000 per month.
