Responsibilities

• Lead AS9100 QMS implementation, certification, maintenance, and continual improvement.
• Conduct gap assessments and maintain quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation.
• Lead Nadcap accreditation activities, including process controls, self-assessments, PRI audits, and findings closure.
• Improve CAPA, risk management, document control, configuration management, supplier quality, and internal audit systems.
• Plan and conduct audits; drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continual improvement.
• Manage certification projects and cross-functional implementation activities.
• Deliver training, mentor teams and process owners, and develop implementation guides.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, customers, suppliers, consultants, and regulators.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, SPC, risk-based thinking, and root cause analysis.
• Support quality digitalization using SAP QM and related systems.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Materials Engineering.
• 10 years of Quality Assurance experience in aerospace, defence, aviation, or high-precision manufacturing.
• Quality management system certification and auditing qualifications, including AS9100 Lead Auditor.
• At least 5 years of hands-on AS9100 QMS implementation and maintenance experience.
• Experience leading Nadcap accreditation for at least one aerospace special-process commodity.
• Experience leading AS9100 certification projects and developing controlled quality documentation.

Preferred qualification

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
• English proficiency is required for this role unless otherwise stated.
