Role overview
Develop embedded software used in unmanned vehicles.
The role covers flight computers, mission computers, and payload management.
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software as required for flight computers, mission computers, and payload management.
- Document, test, and review software to ensure a high-quality end product.
- Support system qualification.
- Work closely with specialists in a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to the ADASI code of conduct.
Basic qualifications
- B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- At least 7 years of embedded software development experience, specifically in aerospace applications.
- Experience with aerospace software development processes, such as DO-178C.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and the software development process.
- Solid programming experience in C/C++.
- Good knowledge of RTOS coding techniques, IP protocols, I/O interfaces, and hardware subsystems.
- Good software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
