Role overview
The Senior QA/QC Manager leads project quality strategies and processes to ensure work meets project quality plans and procedures.
The role focuses on quality of services and products, customer satisfaction, and continuous process and service improvement.
Quality management duties
- Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plans to meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Prepare the project QA/QC plan within 30 days of contract start and obtain consultant approval.
- Establish project quality objectives aligned with corporate IMS/QMS objectives and client requirements, and monitor QA/QC report submittals.
- Review technical submittals, material submittals, and contractor method statements for compliance with project requirements.
- Build and implement supplier and subcontractor controls and conduct site audits.
- Coordinate quality requirements with the project owner, consultant, and project management team through relevant meetings.
- Review plans quarterly or as needed, supervise amendments, track revisions, and issue updated plans to concerned parties.
Experience requirements
- Requires at least 15 years of working experience.
- Requires 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
- 5 years of GCC experience is a plus.
