Lead complex construction projects from inception to completion, meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Coordinate stakeholders and project teams, resolve issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and address cost deviations.
- Maintain schedules, track progress, and adjust plans to support timely completion.
- Ensure work meets quality standards, project specifications, and building codes.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee contract negotiation, execution, and compliance.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Resolve construction issues to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support HSE initiatives, safety awareness, and incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 15 years of work experience, including 5 years in a relevant position.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- PMP professional qualification.
- SCE registration is mandatory.
- Five years of GCC experience is a plus.
