Role Overview
Seeking an experienced ELV Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in MEP / ELV Engineering.
- Experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of ICT and Security Systems, including IPTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Audio-Visual Systems.
- Knowledge of GRMS (Guest Room Management Systems) and healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of Parking Management, Digital Signage, and Telephony Systems.
- Knowledge of Data Networks, Equipment Rack Elevations, Structured Cabling, and ISP/OSP construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of Control Rooms and Active & Passive Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, comment on, and approve contractors’ ELV engineering submittals.
- Review contractors’ construction documents, including pre-qualifications, proposals, Method Statements, ITPs, ELV materials, shop drawings, and technical details submissions.
- Review and respond to contractors’ RFIs related to ELV works.
- Coordinate with the project senior team across other disciplines to ensure proper coordination of work.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper execution of ELV works by the contractor.
