Overview

The Growth Manager – EOR is responsible for driving new business acquisition, growing strategic client accounts, and generating sustainable revenue across the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

The role focuses on identifying organisations requiring Employer of Record (EOR), payroll, HR outsourcing, recruitment, and workforce solutions, while also expanding existing customer relationships through cross-selling, upselling, and regional expansion opportunities.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, the Growth Manager will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, digital channels, and outbound prospecting.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business owners.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored workforce and EOR solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Account Growth

  • Develop trusted relationships with existing clients.
  • Increase outsourced headcount within existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.
  • Expand client engagements into new countries, business units, and service offerings.
  • Maximise client lifetime value through proactive account management.

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop territory and account growth plans.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and report on pipeline performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Client Engagement

  • Understand client workforce challenges and recommend appropriate employment solutions.
  • Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contract execution.
  • Ensure smooth handover to Operations following successful client onboarding.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure successful client implementation.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to develop compliant commercial solutions.
  • Share market insights to support product development and service enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Professional sales qualifications are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum
  • 5 years' consultative B2B sales experience
  • .
  • GCC market experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Employer of Record (EOR)
  • HR Outsourcing
  • Payroll Services
  • Recruitment Solutions

• Staffing & Manpower

  • Workforce Solutions

• HR Technology (HR Tech)

  • Proven record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • **Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred, including lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting, and client/candidate follow-ups.**
  • Experience managing the full sales lifecycle.
  • Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market organisations is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
  • **HubSpot CRM experience**
  • , preferably covering lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting, and client/candidate follow-ups.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Experience growing existing customer accounts through strategic account management.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capability.
  • Technology-savvy with proficiency in CRM platforms, digital sales tools, AI, and reporting systems.
  • Sound understanding of GCC labour legislation and employment frameworks, particularly within the UAE.
  • Knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) compliance models across the GCC is advantageous.
  • Understanding of GCC nationalisation programmes including Emiratisation, Nitaqat, Qatarisation, and similar initiatives is desirable.
