Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction-industry QA/QC.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Section Head or in a similar senior QA/QC position.
- Extensive experience in villa projects; experience in luxury or high-end residential developments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and project specifications.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
