Manage and coordinate civil construction activities for luxury villa projects in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedules.
The role emphasizes site execution, subcontractor coordination, progress monitoring, and timely, high-quality delivery.
Construction delivery and coordination
- Supervise civil works including foundations, reinforced concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screeding, and other structural and architectural work.
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, work sequencing, resources, material deliveries, schedules, and progress updates.
- Review drawings, resolve technical issues with project teams, and coordinate civil interfaces with MEP and architectural finishes.
- Coordinate inspections, quality records, HSE compliance, progress reporting, quantity measurements, snagging, testing, and handover.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant civil construction experience; main contracting experience is preferred.
- Proven villa or residential project delivery experience and practical knowledge of structural works and finishes.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Skills and competencies
- Read and interpret civil and architectural drawings; understand specifications, method statements, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with Primavera P6 or other planning tools is advantageous.
- Strong site coordination, planning, problem-solving, progress monitoring, communication, and attention to quality and safety.
