Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
- Proven experience in a senior planning role; supervisory or section head experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
- Experience preparing and monitoring baseline programs, progress reports, and resource-loaded schedules.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and contractual requirements.
- Leadership, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Arabic-speaking candidate, as specified in the job title.
- Immediate joiner only.

Responsibilities
- Plan construction work and manage project controls.
- Prepare and monitor baseline programs and resource-loaded schedules.
- Track project progress and prepare progress reports.
- Conduct critical path and delay analysis and develop recovery plans.
- Coordinate construction planning and project execution in accordance with contractual requirements.
