Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
- Proven experience in a senior planning role; a supervisory or section head position is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of claims.
- Experience preparing and monitoring baseline programs, progress reports, and resource-loaded schedules.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and contractual requirements.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Plan construction work and support project controls.
- Prepare and monitor baseline programs.
- Monitor progress and prepare progress reports.
- Develop and monitor resource-loaded schedules.
