Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are driven, sales-oriented, and looking to earn unlimited income in the real estate market.
Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, we provide the tools, support, and environment to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property leads (buyers, sellers, and investors)
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
- Stay updated with market trends and property values in Dubai
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience is a plus (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Presentable and professional attitude
