Role Summary

APTC is hiring Associates (Team Managers) to lead and scale high-performing sales teams across our international offices.

Each Associate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 Property Consultants, driving revenue, maintaining performance standards, and contributing to overall business growth.

This role is suited for experienced real estate professionals who are ready to step into a leadership position with full accountability for team output.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and lead a team of 10 Property Consultants

• Drive team revenue and consistently meet performance targets

• Monitor individual agent performance and provide structured coaching

• Maintain strong closing ratios across both personal and team deals

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing agents

• Ensure CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility

• Work closely with senior leadership on growth and expansion plans

• Lead from the front with active involvement in key deals when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within off-plan

• Previous team leadership or management experience is preferred

• Strong track record of personal sales performance

• Ability to build, manage, and scale a team effectively

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Solid understanding of deal structuring, client management, and closing

• Performance-driven mindset with high accountability
