Real Estate Broker
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role suited for driven professionals with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs
- Negotiate property deals and close transactions efficiently
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-Based (Attractive commission structure)
