Role Overview
We are looking for hungry, ambitious, and driven individuals who want to earn big and grow fast.
If you are confident in sales, disciplined, and ready to work in a commission-only structure this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for rental properties across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Build strong relationships with landlords and clients
- List and promote properties on portals and social media
- Negotiate rental agreements and close deals
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales mindset and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Real estate experience is a plus (training will be provided)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
