Role Overview:
We are looking for hungry, ambitious, and driven individuals who want to earn big and grow fast. If you are confident in sales, disciplined, and ready to work in a commission-only structure this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for rental properties across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Build strong relationships with landlords and clients
- List and promote properties on portals and social media
- Negotiate rental agreements and close deals
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales mindset and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Real estate experience is a plus (training will be provided)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
