Lead critical stages of an ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
The role requires hands-on implementation experience and a proven record managing UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
- Manage UAT planning and execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
- Oversee data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Drive go-live readiness, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and implementation partners.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Deliver successfully within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Required skills and experience
- At least 15 years of overall project management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Proven experience leading UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live phases.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and project delivery capabilities.
