Senior Project Manager (Mixed use) - PMC background

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Client to manage the SME to produce business case feasibility reports and assess deliverables against the SME framework, AlUla vision, destination strategy, and feasibility of development options.
• Coordinate PMC resources and oversee Client-appointed consultants such as SMEs, Lead Design Consultants, and Cost Consultants.
• Ensure project budgets are established by the Client Cost Consultant and assist with ensuring design stays within financial constraints.
• Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist with stakeholder management and regular communication with client functions, regulatory authorities, and other parties.
• Assist the Client to comply with D&C Governance policies and procedures such as Gateways, and ensure adherence to regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards and ensure deliverables meet established criteria.
• Track project progress, analyse performance metrics, and provide status reports in conjunction with the Excellence Controls Reporting Team.
• Assist in producing Procurement Strategies and TRFQ tender enquiries for consultancy services, and manage consultants to produce Tender RFP documents for construction.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or resources and ensure modifications are documented and communicated.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning, or a related field qualification is required.
• Project management at pre-contract stage with overall 15+ years' experience for Mixed-Use Asset types.
• In-depth knowledge of Mixed-Use asset types, regulations, best practices, emerging trends, business case and feasibility assessments, analytics, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders and executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
• Deep commitment to maintaining project safety standards.
• PMP in project management and MBA are advantageous.
