Senior Project Manager (Mixed use) - PMC background

Overview

Your Role

• Assist the client to manage SMEs producing business case feasibility reports and assess deliverables against the SME framework, AlUla vision and destination strategy.
• Assist the Client Development Director, coordinate PMC resources and oversee client-appointed consultants such as SMEs, Lead Design Consultants and Cost Consultants.
• Ensure project budgets are established by the appointed Client Cost Consultant and design develops within financial constraints.
• Manage risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist the client with stakeholder management and regular communication with key stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Assist the client to comply with D&C governance policies and procedures such as gateways, regulations, work instructions, safety standards and legal requirements.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
• Track project progress, analyze performance metrics and provide status reports with the Excellence Controls Reporting Team.
• Assist the client in producing procurement strategies, TRFQ tender enquiries for consultancy services and tender RFP documents for construction.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule or resources and ensure modifications are documented and communicated.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning or a related field qualification is required.
• PMP in project management and MBA are advantageous.
• Project management at pre-contract stage with overall 15+ years' experience for mixed-use asset types.
• In-depth knowledge of mixed-use asset types, regulations, best practices, business case and feasibility assessments, analytics and executive-level reporting.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and techniques with a proven delivery track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
