Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Construction
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end execution of landmark high-rise residential and commercial tower developments in Dubai.

Role overview
Lead end-to-end execution of landmark high-rise residential and commercial tower developments in Dubai.
Deliver complex, multi-story structures on time, within budget, and in compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and UAE authority regulations.
Oversee cross-functional teams and major subcontractors; serve as a key contact for consultants, authorities, and executive stakeholders.
Project execution and site management
- Lead projects from groundbreaking through structural topping out, MEP vertical integration, façade installation, and handover.
- Manage site operations, logistics, vertical transportation systems, and safety protocols for high-density tower construction.
- Ensure adherence to DM, DCD, DEWA, and TECOM/DDA codes and approval processes.
Commercial and stakeholder responsibilities
- Oversee budgets, value engineering, cash-flow projections, and variation orders with Commercial Managers.
- Monitor critical-path schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and mitigate delay risks.
- Review subcontractor performance, progress billing, and FIDIC contract administration.
- Direct consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers; liaise with executives, clients, and authorities.
- Establish QA/QC and HSE standards across project phases.
Mandatory qualifications
- At least 12 years of progressive construction management experience, including delivery of 40+ story high-rise or super-tall towers in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
- Deep familiarity with Dubai authorities: DM, DCD, DEWA, DDA, and Trakhees.
- Expertise in complex structural systems and unitized curtain wall/façade systems.
- Strong leadership, FIDIC contract negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Procore.
Desirable certifications
- PMP or MRICS/FRICS is preferred.
- Registered Engineer status with Dubai Municipality or UAE Society of Engineers is desirable.
Pay
- AED 20,000–30,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
