QA/QC Manager – Luxury Residential

Role overview

Quality management and inspections

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection processes.
• Monitor work against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Conduct construction and material inspections and quality audits.
• Review and approve material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and technical submissions.
• Identify defects and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective action.
• Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and quality reports.

Finishes, coordination, and handover

• Maintain luxury finishing standards across apartments and common areas, including joinery, stone, marble, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, façade, MEP finishes, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project management teams.
• Establish quality benchmarks and ensure projects meet luxury development standards.
• Support snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and project specifications.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum 10 years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Mandatory experience in luxury residential apartments or high-end residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, workmanship, QA/QC procedures, inspections, NCR management, and quality documentation.
• Experience with major contractors, consultants, or property developers.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• ISO 9001, Lead Auditor, or equivalent QA/QC certification is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• Pay stated as AED 1.00 per month.
