Role overview

Project and team leadership

• Develop KSA national employees, support succession planning and career growth, and strengthen capabilities and performance.
• Lead with respect, integrity, accountability, quality, safety, and ethical business practices; manage function-wide systems and ERP use.
• Represent the company with clients, owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to support the MEP project schedule.

Project controls and delivery

• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, budgets, milestones, schedules, safety plans, mobilization, and project logs.
• Manage purchasing, document control, scopes of work, contract riders, insurance requirements, deliveries, change orders, shop drawings, and correspondence.
• Attend and chair project meetings as needed; manage requisitions, payments, payroll, lien releases, and project cash flow.
• Deliver project documentation and manage closeout, utilities, owner training, punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and manuals.
• Manage daily team objectives, work hours, overtime, and incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of MEP construction and project management experience, including at least five years in a managerial position.
• Written and spoken English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication, people management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; project risk and cost forecasting capability.
• P&L accountability and business acumen; knowledge of construction management, QA/QC, contractual management, and civil construction management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and focus on results.
