Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, quality, client satisfaction, and coordination across stakeholders.
Manage project planning, resources, commercial control, risk, and operational efficiency across the project portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestones; track progress and mitigate risks or delays.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee costs, profitability, variations, claims, invoicing, and commercial closure.
- Coordinate design, estimation, procurement, production, installation, and site activities.
- Lead project teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Prepare reports, budgets, risk assessments, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
- Improve operational processes and conduct post-project reviews.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience in advertising, signage, graphics, fit-out, fabrication, or a related project-based industry is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
