The role aims to deliver projects efficiently, within budget, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; align requirements and deliverables with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide engineering support, technical assessments, risk evaluations, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee execution, ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations; maintain records of project activities and decisions.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and vendors; provide updates and promptly address concerns.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or engineering roles; advertising or construction experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera, and engineering design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
