The position works on the floor, conducting time-and-motion studies and analyzing opportunities to improve cost and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality and delivery experience improvement roadmap and collaborate with DEX and Speed on program launches.
- Analyze pilots and expansion opportunities using data; influence DEX, Finance, Tech, and Operations stakeholders.
- Build scalable mechanisms such as WBRs and dashboards, and partner with finance business partners on planning assumptions.
- Write six-page documents and narratives; monitor transportation impacts on customer and operator experience.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery associate experience, and network speed initiatives using knowledge of UTR, OTR, and routing technologies.
- Develop practical solutions to complex operational problems and balance customer experience with financial impact.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to lead cross-functional projects across organizational levels.
Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of process improvement experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
