Role overview

The S&OP Program Manager for Ultra Fast Grocery bridges business and operations teams.

The role supports business planning and execution during peak and off-peak periods while maximizing customer and seller experience.

Responsibilities

Establish processes to improve forecasting accuracy, minimize cost, and maximize customer and seller experience.
Support business growth in constrained environments with frugal, innovative solutions.
Scale processes by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.
Roll out practices from other geographies and companies to reduce end-to-end supply chain losses.
Influence business, operations, and technical audiences through problem-solving and communication.
Manage programs and drive decisions across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Basic qualification

At least 2 years of program or project management experience.

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
Experience with MS Access and SQL.
Experience gathering requirements and writing clear, detailed requirements documents.
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
Forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management experience is preferred.
