Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence — Drive end-to-end operational performance across all departments, ensuring consistent delivery and efficiency.
- Revenue & Margin Growth — Lead pricing strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and margin improvement programs.
- Process Optimization — Identify and eliminate waste; automate manual workflows and build scalable systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership — Align and execute across operations, sales, finance, and technology teams.
- Data & Reporting — Build and maintain management reporting frameworks, KPIs, and actionable dashboards.
- Business Development — Identify and develop new revenue streams and business model opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years in operations, program management, or general management.
- Track Record: Proven results: revenue up, costs down, teams aligned.
- Commercial Mindset: You think in margins, not just tasks — always anchored to business outcomes.
- Ownership: A proactive problem-solver who moves fast, takes initiative, and follows through.
- Location: Based in the UAE. Any industry background is welcome.
