About the role

Program planning and delivery

• Translate the contract and CEO’s strategic intent into an executable program plan.
• Establish workstreams, milestones, responsibilities, governance forums and resource priorities.
• Own integrated delivery across program scopes, managing dependencies among Fincantieri, ADSB, procurement, contracts, planning, finance and document control.
• Serve as the principal interface with the UAE Navy and relevant government stakeholders.

Governance, finance and risk

• Lead performance reviews, steering meetings, decision logs and executive reporting.
• Maintain consolidated visibility of milestones, cost, risks, issues, procurement status, deliverables and customer actions.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance, monitor budgets and ceiling values, assess scope-change impacts and address commercial exposures.
• Ensure compliance with the main contract, applicable UAE defence requirements and company policies.
• Own the program-level risk and issue framework and escalate matters with strategic, financial or reputational impact.

Partners and suppliers

• Direct key partners and suppliers, ensuring their outputs align with the main contract and customer requirements.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a relevant discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• PMP, MSP or equivalent program/project management certification is preferred.
• 15–20 years in defence, government services, maritime support, MRO or other complex service-contract environments.
• Demonstrated accountability for a large multidisciplinary program or portfolio.
• Experience with senior customer and government relationships; UAE Navy and/or Tawazun experience is preferred.
• Evidence of delivery against significant contractual, financial and operational commitments.
• English proficiency is required for all roles unless otherwise stated in the posting.
