The role will deliver an end-to-end trading experience across APIs, digital platforms, and voice or chat channels.
Works with Markets, Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, and external partners to scale trading infrastructure across regulated entities and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and turn trading desk requirements into specifications, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Drive product delivery across API, GUI, and voice or chat trading channels.
- Manage integrations with liquidity providers, banking partners, custody providers, and order management systems.
- Oversee pricing, execution, hedging, settlement, and ledger reconciliation across the trade lifecycle.
- Partner with Engineering on REST APIs, WebSocket streaming, and event-driven systems.
- Work with Compliance and Legal to incorporate regulatory requirements, client onboarding controls, and reporting.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors for testing, integration, and go-live.
What the employer is looking for
- At least five years in Product Management or technical delivery within trading, FX, payments, or digital asset infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, event-driven architecture, and settlement workflows.
- Proven vendor management and delivery of complex technical integrations.
- Ability to translate business and trading requirements into product specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management across Markets, Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, and Operations.
- OTC trading models, including RFQ and RFS, are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of stablecoin settlement, institutional digital asset infrastructure, or institutional KYC/AML is highly desirable.
