Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Product strategy and delivery

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Own discovery, requirements, launch, and ongoing product optimization.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements, features, and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog according to customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and business teams to deliver product capabilities.

Insights and collaboration

• Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to find product opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and product performance; use data and customer insights for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, partner with engineering through delivery, mentor junior Product Managers, and improve product practices.

Required qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall experience with strong Product Management or Digital Product Management experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or customer-facing digital products.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams; understanding of UX, customer journeys, analytics, and digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, and global team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
