Role overview

Seeking an experienced Java Developer with React expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

The role combines Java and Spring Boot backend development with responsive React.js frontend development.

The posting requests 5 to 7 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Build reusable and responsive UI components using React.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support production releases.

Required backend skills

  • Strong experience with Core Java 8, 11, or 17.
  • Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
  • Experience with Maven or Gradle.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Required frontend skills

  • Experience with React.js and JavaScript ES6+.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with Redux or Context API.
  • Experience with Material UI or similar UI frameworks.
  • Experience with responsive web development.

DevOps and tools

  • Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SonarQube.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience is preferred.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems is preferred.
  • Experience with performance tuning and security best practices is preferred.
  • Exposure to containerized deployments and orchestration tools is preferred.
