Role overview

Product design and customer impact

• Shape product strategy and roadmaps with Product and Engineering leadership; identify experience opportunities across customer journeys.
• Set design standards, guide design quality, and evolve the design system and experience-review processes.
• Use research, customer feedback, behavioural data, usability testing, and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Measure design impact through conversion, engagement, adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and usability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations; oversee implementation quality.

Leadership, planning, and governance

• Lead, coach, and develop Product Designers; support recruitment, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Contribute to division plans, strategy, OKRs, metrics, and corrective actions; delegate tactical responsibilities.
• Follow relevant policies, improve processes, uphold performance standards, and manage the function’s budget and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Product, UX, or Interaction Design experience, including leading and developing design teams.
• Experience designing complex digital products; consumer-platform experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, food delivery, mobility, or fintech is ideal.
• Strong expertise in user-centred design, product discovery, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, and product thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern product-design workflows; strong portfolio showing leadership and measurable impact.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional technology-team experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a relevant field is required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
