Supports 3PL partner operations, rider performance, and fleet supply for HungerStation.
3PL management
- Monitor 3PL compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Maintain partner feedback channels and resolve operational issues within agreed SLA timelines.
- Support 3PL companies, facilitate onboarding, and resolve full-time rider challenges through CRC escalations.
- Coordinate partner services, collect data for logistics teams, and proactively acquire 3PLs to maintain city supply.
Fleet and governance
- Track rider performance through reporting dashboards and ensure riders follow company standards.
- Analyze fleet and 3PL data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate 3PL integration into the logistics network; maintain process documentation and activity records.
- Benchmark industry practices and implement best practices in 3PL management.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of relevant experience and basic knowledge of logistics.
- Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- A diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
