Role overview
Supports 3PL account operations and regional fleet coverage in the Eastern Province.
3PL operations and partner engagement
- Help balance rider supply and delivery demand, onboard partners, and support fleet expansion.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics; identify gaps and help resolve partner operational issues.
- Review billing and invoices and coordinate payment tracking with Finance.
- Engage partners, gather feedback, communicate safety guidance and procedures, and monitor compliance.
- Follow policies and contribute to process improvements.
Knowledge and experience
- 2–4 years in logistics, 3PL coordination, fleet management, or last-mile operations.
- Experience tracking 3PL performance, SLA compliance, and fleet supply metrics.
- Basic exposure to invoice tracking, billing verification, and data reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
