Role responsibilities

• Lead category management, shaping strategies, plans, and delivery through others.
• Manage delivery from project inception and brief through design, planning, contractor procurement, and construction.
• Manage project tasks, deliverables, budgets, risks, and mitigations with senior leaders, project teams, and clients.
• Establish quality systems and manage design and consultant teams collaboratively.
• Lead teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs and ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
• Build internal and external relationships and drive value through due diligence, market insight, performance, and commercial management.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, responsible delivery, and net-zero carbon responsibilities.
• Develop teams, support the long-term development of the function or business unit, and share best practice.

What you’ll need

• Microsoft Office tools.
• Negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Construction and market knowledge.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent.
• Technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.
• Ability to lead others, act as a role model, deliver through others, and roll out end-to-end strategies.
• GCSE, A level, and degree qualifications or equivalents are listed.
