Senior Pricing Analyst

Role Overview

The Role

• Develop pricing analysis and segmentation strategies across a range of products.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Deliver actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end analytical projects.
• Work with stakeholders across pricing, product, underwriting, and analytics teams.
• Support innovation within pricing and help enhance analytical capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts where appropriate.

Skills and Experience

• Have experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, or a related analytical function.
• Bring strong commercial problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have experience using Python or SQL.
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage projects from inception through delivery.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Be curious, proactive, and motivated to drive data-led improvements.
• Insurance pricing experience is beneficial but not essential.
