Role Overview

Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Translate campaign briefs into structured technical requirements.
• Build, run, and optimise campaign selections using SQL.
• Join and manipulate CRM, transactional, and engagement data.
• Use APIs to push selections into a CRM platform for email and direct mail campaigns.
• Support testing, measurement, and performance analysis with analytics specialists.
• Plan selections ahead of delivery schedules and contribute to data platform migrations and process improvements.

Skills and Experience

• Strong SQL capability, including complex query development and optimisation.
• Experience with campaign selections, customer analytics, CRM data, or a related data role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
• Comfort working with multiple data sources and large customer datasets.
• Experience supporting marketing or customer communications campaigns.
• Transferable analytical experience from any industry is valued.
