Green & More Landscape LLC is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for building construction projects in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- At least four to five years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer; building construction project experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience preparing baseline programs, recovery schedules, and delay analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules; monitor progress and identify potential delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.
- Analyze schedules, recommend corrective actions, and support achievement of contractual project timelines.
