Experienced QA/QC Engineer for building and landscape projects.
Ensure project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for building and landscape projects.
- Conduct site inspections against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect civil, structural, finishing, softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and external works.
- Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection checklists, and project documentation.
- Monitor non-conformance reports and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Coordinate quality matters with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of QA/QC Engineer experience in building and landscape projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
- Good understanding of civil works, finishing works, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
