Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
- Experience in construction, contracting, or landscape projects.
- Strong civil engineering background and knowledge of site activities.
- Experience in project coordination, planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to support project execution.
- Monitor project progress and timelines; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports; assist with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Track material deliveries, procurement requirements, and site activities.
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, material submissions, and other project documents.
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Identify delays and assist in resolving site issues; attend meetings and prepare minutes.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to site engineers and project managers.
