The employer is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join its team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction or contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering work, site execution, and project coordination.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- UAE construction or contracting experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil site activities.
- Monitor project progress and work toward timely completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings and ensure work follows approved plans and specifications.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and site requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
