Oversees logistics operations, transportation, manpower coordination, and timely movement of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations; coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and manpower to project sites.
- Monitor vehicle schedules, deliveries, and transportation arrangements; coordinate with project managers, procurement, warehouse, and site teams.
- Manage logistics documentation, records, and reports; monitor transportation costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations, and resolve logistics issues to support timely deliveries.
- Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and transport activities.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and available when required.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of relevant experience as a Logistics Manager.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, fleet management, and material coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong organizational and team management abilities.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
- Construction, landscaping, or infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
