About This Role
The Senior Planner is responsible for project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely project completion and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Prepare baseline programs and track project progress against approved schedules
- Monitor project performance, identify delays, and highlight risks
- Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports
- Analyze critical path activities and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project planning (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
