Job Summary

  • **Male candidates only** (due to the nature of the job).
  • Minimum **4 to 5 UAE years of experience in the Construction industry**
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding **visit visas** or **cancelled visas**.
  • We are seeking an experienced **Accountant** with a strong background in the **Construction industry** to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have **4–5 years of relevant experience**, a degree in **Accounting or Finance**, and strong proficiency in English.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding **visit visas or cancelled visas**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounting activities including **Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger**, and **bank reconciliations**
  • Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**
  • Handle **inventory accounting and cost control**
  • Ensure compliance with **company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations**
  • Prepare **VAT returns** and coordinate with **auditors and tax consultants**
  • Monitor **cash flow** and assist with **budgeting and forecasting**
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date **financial records and documentation**
  • Coordinate with internal departments and management on financial matters

Requirements

  • **Male candidates only**
  • Bachelor’s Degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**
  • Minimum **4–5 years of UAE experience** in the **Construction industry**
  • Strong knowledge of **accounting principles and financial reporting**
  • Proficiency in **accounting software and MS Excel**
  • Strong **analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills**
  • Ability to work **independently** and meet **strict deadlines**

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with **UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations**
  • Experience working with **ERP systems**
  • High level of **attention to detail and accuracy**
