About The Role

• Manage the photography booking process for Richmond Properties, ensuring property shoots are scheduled, confirmed, prioritised, and completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate photography requests from sales agents, leasing agents, management, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Review shoot requirements before each booking, including property type, location, access arrangements, agent requirements, key selling points, required angles, lifestyle shots, community shots, and delivery deadlines.
• Attend and deliver real estate photography shoots across apartments, villas, townhouses, luxury homes, off-plan sales centres, communities, events, and other property-related locations as required.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of real estate photography across Richmond Properties, ensuring all imagery is clear, well-composed, properly lit, commercially useful, and aligned with brand standards.
• Lead the photography team by setting clear quality standards, reviewing output, giving feedback, and ensuring all photographers follow the required shooting, editing, naming, storage, and delivery processes.
• Ensure photography supports the commercial needs of the business, including property listings, portals, brochures, social media, paid campaigns, presentations, email campaigns, and agent-facing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements, priority listings, luxury inventory, project launches, and urgent content needs.
• Work closely with sales agents to ensure shoots are properly prepared, access is arranged, properties are presented to the required standard, and all required photography is captured during the visit.
• Manage the photography schedule, balancing urgent sales requests, campaign requirements, listing priorities, agent availability, property access, and team capacity.
• Review completed photography before delivery, ensuring final images meet Richmond Properties’ technical, visual, and commercial standards.
• Oversee image editing, retouching, resizing, exporting, file naming, folder organisation, and final delivery to the relevant agents, marketing team, portals, or internal systems.
• Maintain an organised photography asset library, ensuring completed shoots are properly stored, labelled, accessible, and easy for the marketing and sales teams to use.
• Develop and maintain photography guidelines covering composition, lighting, editing style, image formats, turnaround times, file storage, quality control, and property presentation standards.
• Identify properties or listings where photography quality is weak, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable, and coordinate reshoots where required.
• Support the production of community photography, lifestyle imagery, team photography, event photography, office content, developer launch content, and campaign-specific visual assets.
• Coordinate with videographers, content creators, designers, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure photography output supports wider campaign and content requirements.
• Track active photography requests, completed shoots, pending edits, outstanding approvals, reshoot requirements, and final asset delivery.
• Manage photography equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting, batteries, memory cards, tripods, and other required tools are properly maintained, available, and fit for use.
• Manage external photography suppliers where required, including briefing, scheduling, quality control, delivery tracking, and invoice coordination.
• Monitor real estate photography standards in the Dubai market and identify opportunities to improve Richmond Properties’ visual presentation across listings, campaigns, portals, and brand materials.
• Support the Marketing Manager and senior management with photography planning, shoot capacity, quality improvement, operational risks, and content production priorities.
• In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will have:
• Proven experience in real estate photography, architectural photography, interiors photography, property marketing, or a closely related visual production role.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate photography standards across apartments, villas, luxury homes, communities, off-plan projects, and developer-led campaigns.
• Excellent technical photography skills, including composition, lighting, exposure, lens selection, perspective correction, framing, and image editing.
• Experience photographing properties for portals, campaigns, brochures, social media, presentations, and other marketing channels.
• Ability to manage photography bookings, shoot schedules, agent requests, access arrangements, deadlines, and final asset delivery.
• Strong eye for property presentation, including layout, angles, natural light, room flow, exterior shots, views, amenities, and commercially important features.
• Experience reviewing and improving photography output across a team, supplier base, or production workflow.
• Good working knowledge of editing software, image management, file naming, exporting, resizing, retouching, and asset storage processes.
• Ability to work effectively with sales agents, marketing teams, videographers, designers, content creators, external suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots, urgent requests, competing priorities, and tight turnaround times.
• Practical understanding of how photography affects listing performance, buyer enquiry, campaign quality, brand perception, and sales support.
• Ability to create and maintain simple photography standards, checklists, workflows, and quality-control processes.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual quality, consistency, and commercial usefulness.
• Reliable, self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-moving sales-led real estate environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Strong proficiency with professional camera equipment, editing tools, file storage systems, and commonly used marketing platforms.
