As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and creative Partnerships & Event Manager to help shape the employee experience, strengthen our employer brand, and build meaningful relationships that support the growth of the business.

The Opportunity

This is a unique role that combines internal culture, employee engagement, employer branding, events, and strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for creating initiatives that enhance the day-to-day experience of our employees while simultaneously building relationships and opportunities that elevate Richmond's presence within the Dubai market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in making Richmond one of the most desirable companies to work for in the UAE real estate industry.

Internal Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Organise internal events, social activities, wellness initiatives, and team-building programmes.
  • Create employee recognition and reward programmes.
  • Support employee wellbeing through creative and engaging initiatives.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure company values are reflected throughout the employee experience.
  • Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements to engagement and culture.

Partnerships & Employer Brand

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that add value to employees and the wider business.
  • Build relationships with luxury brands, fitness providers, hotels, universities, developers, charities, and business communities.
  • Create opportunities that enhance Richmond's employer brand and market presence.
  • Support recruitment initiatives through employer branding campaigns and external engagement activities.
  • Represent Richmond at networking events, industry functions, and partnership meetings.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan and deliver internal and external events throughout the year.
  • Organise flagship company events, networking opportunities, charity initiatives, and community-focused activities.
  • Create experiences that strengthen employee engagement while increasing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maximise participation and impact.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track and report on employee engagement initiatives and partnership performance.
  • Measure participation, engagement, and return on investment across programmes and events.
  • Present regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve culture, engagement, and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Partnerships, Events, Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into practical initiatives.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to measure success and business impact.
  • Experience planning and delivering events is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within real estate, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or service-led industries is advantageous.
