The E-Commerce Manager will lead, scale, and optimize the company's regional digital presence.
The role oversees significant marketing budgets and drives revenue growth across online channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding across online platforms.
- Use performance metrics and market trends to guide growth initiatives and refine marketing campaigns.
- Connect online and offline channels to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 3 years of B2C e-commerce experience; omnichannel retail or fast-paced digital environments are ideal.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention marketing.
- Expertise in performance marketing and data analytics, including experience in digitally mature markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Amazon sales experience of 2 years and online sales experience of 3 years are required.
- Fluency in English or the specified language, with excellent communication skills.
Pay
- From AED 6,500 per month.
