Babico is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate internally to support order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience; experience in baby products, toys, retail, or distribution is preferred.
- UAE sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the retail and distribution market.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three years of baby-related products experience and one year of online sales experience required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 4,500 per month.
