Seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of UAE experience, including 5 years in Abu Dhabi.
- Healthcare project experience is preferred.
- BIM project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Carrier HAP, AutoCAD and Revit; IES-VE, DesignBuilder or ELITE software is preferred.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver design stages from concept design through schematic design and design development for HVAC, plumbing, medical gas and firefighting systems.
- Prepare automated IFC submissions, including BOQs and specifications.
- Provide site technical support for RFIs and submittals.
- Orchestrate technical workflows and chair layout coordination meetings with subconsultants using Revit/BIM 360 and legacy 2D CAD systems.
- Healthcare project experience involving Abu Dhabi DOH, HTM, ASHRAE 170, critical-space pressure regimes and MGPS is preferred.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
