Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Landscape BIM Architect to contribute to architecture and landscape projects.
The role includes landscape design, Revit modeling, BIM coordination, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years in relevant positions, required.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the UAE required.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience is specified as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual architecture and landscape designs, including visualization tasks.
- Perform Revit modeling and design for landscape models.
- Create and maintain BIM models that accurately represent design intent and meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders in a shared BIM environment.
- Troubleshoot BIM issues and follow BIM standards.
- Participate in meetings covering model progress, clash detection, and coordination.
- Extract quantities and cost estimates from BIM models for procurement and budgeting.
- Manage project BIM libraries, including parametric families and project-specific objects.
- Implement virtual and augmented reality presentations for visualization, design review, and stakeholder engagement.
